Funniest Sites

Bored? Want funny writing? Here's my list of some of the funniest blogs and other sites I've found. A bunch of these people are connected to media and entertainment (no surprise). I've highlighted all the sites with Internet video or audio clips, in bold.

1. Ze's Page. Perhaps THE funniest site I've ever seen. Needs Flash player.
2. The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Funnier and smarter than David Letterman, this Comedy Central show is sharp and the best TV humor about current events. The video clips will make you spit out your lunch with laughter.
3. Fanatical Apathy by Adam Felber, writer/comedian/radio guy. Funniest blog about politics and current events!
4. Wiredvideo, hilarious video and audio clips.
5. Late Night with Conan O'Brien Video Archive. Video clips of old Conan comedy sketches.
6. Dave TV: Late Show with David Letterman. RealPlayer video clips from the famous late night comedy show. Avoid the Tony Mendez ones!
7. The Best of Craigslist. Craigslist is a community with mainly classified ads. What's special is how smart, witty, and collaborative most people are. This is the cream of the crop of ads selected by readers themselves.

8. Funniest Blogs by Fake People: Saddam Hussein, Osama Bin Laden, Kim Jong-il, God (Real Slim Deity).

9. HorrorDate from eCrush. Dates from Hell.
10. Que Sera Sera by Sarah. Short but effective wit.
11. The Onion. The funniest fake newspaper.
12. Damn Hell Ass Kings. A bunch of hilarious sites and people connected to Uber Interactive. They include:

13. - Terribly Happy (by Omar). He writes for the Austin-American Stateman. I always laugh out loud at this guy.
14. - Squishy (by Pamie). Pamela Ribon is a freelance comedy writer living in Los Angeles with a focus on Pop Culture and girl-oriented themes.
15. - Tomato Nation (by Sarah). Girl in New York. She writes this advice column.
16. - Television Without Pity, a critique and summary of current TV shows. Frequently biting and witty.

17. Fade In (by Bill). Freakin' hilarious. He's now a TV writer in Los Angeles and (I think) had a chance to work for Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
18. Little.Yellow.Different (by Ernie). My housemate worked with him. Ernie needs no introduction. Gay, Taiwanese, mentioned in USA Today, game show blog host, and more recently, contestant on The Weakest Link, he's a one-man Internet entertainment machine.
19. Rabbit Blog (by Heather Havrilesky). She has written articles for Salon.com. Cool and irreverent sense of humor!
20. Joyce, Chinese girl, student at the U. of Michigan. Currently studying abroad. Very witty and hilarious!
21. Cruel Site of the Day. R-rated. Sometimes gross, sometimes vulgar. These are real sites!
22. SatireWire. Fake funny news stories.
