Autumn Leaves (Poem)

Found this wonderful poem today. So apt:

seasons change
as the sky
alters its mood

scented air drifts inward
whispering softly
filling our dreams

hurry up sunshine
you had your turn

tones of gray
replace
golden hues

lovers begin anew
refreshed
with anticipation

autumn leaves
cling tightly knowing
their grip will fade

weary trees pause
to nap beautifully
in living stillness

precious moments
will never die

reflect and admire
their fading beauty
