1. This is a class action on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of Guru between March 29, 2003 and April 2, 2003, inclusive (the "Class Period"), seeking to pursue remedies under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act").
2. Throughout the Class Period, and prior thereto, defendant, Guru’s sole officer and director, repeatedly misrepresented and failed to correct prior misrepresentations regarding Guru’s blog condition and prospects. Specifically,
